The beginnings of the project in AutoCAD: the dimensions and geometry were easily manageable in AutoCAD, and we also created tabs to more easily hold the sides together.

We started planning with this design.

The windows were created with single rectangles, on which lines were drawn separating the panels. The lines were insetted and cropped. The semicircle-shaped windows were created in a similar fashion using arcs instead of rectangles.

The final design imported into an Adobe Illustrator file to print. The textures for the lower floor, roof, and base were added using hatches, some of which we downloaded.

Graphics such as this clock and the banner were edited to be somewhat solid and laser-engraver compatible in Adobe Photoshop, and imported into the final Illustrator file.
